The Summer Season

Summer lasts from March to May, with temperatures ranging between 25°C and 37°C. Early morning and evening safaris provide excellent opportunities to observe wildlife near grasslands and water bodies.

The Monsoon Season

The monsoon season begins in June and continues until September. Heavy rainfall and flooding usually lead to the temporary closure of safari activities, while the forests and wetlands become lush and vibrant.

The Winter Season

Winter is considered the best time to visit Kaziranga National Park. Pleasant weather, clear skies, and comfortable temperatures make it perfect for jeep safaris, elephant safaris, birdwatching, and wildlife photography. Animal sightings are also more frequent during this season.
