The Summer Season

Summer lasts from March to June, with temperatures generally ranging between 22°C and 35°C. Early morning and evening safaris are enjoyable during this season, and wildlife can often be seen near rivers and open grasslands.

The Monsoon Season

The monsoon season begins in June and continues until September. Heavy rainfall brings fresh greenery and fills the rivers, giving the forest a vibrant appearance. However, safari activities are usually closed during this period because of flooding and safety reasons.

The Winter Season

Winter, from November to April, is considered the best time to visit Manas National Park. Pleasant weather, clear skies, and comfortable temperatures make it perfect for jeep safaris, birdwatching, wildlife photography, and exploring the park. Animal sightings are also more frequent during these months.
