Jaipur - Pushkar
150 kms / 03 hrsAfter breakfast at hotel drive to Pushkar (03 hrs drive), check in to the hotel, Visit the famous Brahma Temple which holds utmost importance to the pilgrims as it is the only temple in India dedicated to the Hans, or goose symbol, of Brahma. Inside, floor and walls are engraved with dedications to the dead. The one hour trek up to the hill top Saraswati Temple overlooking the lake is best made early in the morning; the view is magnificent. Visit the famous Pushkar Lake Numerous ghats run down the lake and the pilgrims are bathing in the lake's Holi waters. Overnight at Pushkar Pushkar: The 'Pilgrim City' is a picturesque town 14 kms. from Ajmer. Known for its temples and lake, the Nag Pahar (Snake Mountain), which forms a part of chain of the Aravali ranges, stands between Ajmer and Pushkar.
