Itinerary

  1. Day 01

    - Cochin

    By Flight

    Arrival at Cochin airport meet and Greet our Go India Holiday representative, upon arrival direct drive for Munnar check in at Hotel. Enjoy the cool breeze, mist and fog the Queen of the Southern Hill stations. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel. (If flight time permitted we will do sightseeing tour of Cochin).

  2. Day 02

    Cochin - Munnar

    130 kms / 04 hrs

    Morning after breakfast proceed with Go India Holiday for half day city tour visiting Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue and Parikshith Thampuram Museum. Later drive to Munnar. Munnar is a picturesque hill station, known as " Tea City", enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On arrival check-into the hotel. In the evening, stroll around the incredible mountainous terrains. Overnight at Munnar.

  3. Day 03

    Munnar

    Full Day Sightseeing

    Morning after breakfast visit Munnar, the South India's coolest tourist destination and the Honeymooner's Paradise. Visit Eravikulam National Park at Rajamalai, Anamudi Peak, Chinnar wildlife Sanctuary, Mattupetti Dam ,Mattupetti Indo-Swiss Farm, Echo Point, Top Station, Marayoor. Drive back to hotel. Overnight at Munnar.

  4. Day 04

    Munnar - Thekkady

    110 kms / 04 hrs

    Morning after breakfast drive to Periyar nestled in spice and rubber plantations. Known to be Kerela’s pride and testimony to nature’s splendor, Periyar has a lot to offer in terms of wildlife. On arrival check-in to the hotel. After getting refreshed in the afternoon get ready for a sightseeing tour by motorboat to watch the wild life mainly wild elephants in herds. Other than wild elephants, you may also catch sight of Tigers, Bison, Spotted deer, Gaur and other animals. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. Enjoy the sights and sounds of this wonderful sanctuary. Return to your resort in the evening. Overnight at Periyar.

  5. Day 05

    Periyar - Alleppey

    Morning have your breakfast proceed to Alleppey where at about 12.00 noon you can check in to the much awaited houseboat. Cruising in a House Boat through the back waters of Kerala is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwaters, rivers and canals. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and breakfast will be served on board. Enjoy your evening on the sun decked sand and shore. Overnight stay at House Boat will be a unique experience. (Air conditioner in the houseboat will be on only from 09 P.M. to 06 A.M. ).

  6. Day 06

    Alleppey - Poovar

     

    Morning after breakfast drive to Poovar, upon arrival check in at Hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

  7. Day 07

    Poovar

    Full Day Sightseeing

    Morning after breakfast full day free for leisure, Overnight at Hotel.

  8. Day 08

    Poovar - Trivandrum

    Drop

    Morning after breakfast check out from Hotel drive to Trivendrum Airport to connect flight for onwards destination.
